I Just Spared You One and a Half Hours of Agony.

I watched Death Bed: The Bed That Eats, and a movie just called Deathbed by accident, for this podcast, so you don't have to.
I did it, it's done, now let's all forget these movies exist.

This one's for the 2002 Deathbed

This one's for 1977 Deathbed: The Bed That Eats.

"Aw, man, I have skeleton hands now. What a drag..."

  2. Podcast #1: I wish that you had named your show and then started in with some horror music around the 0:28. Dropping the "and shit" then telling us you're just gonna read notes are both unnecessary. I'm not anti-cussing but the "and shit" here sounds like little more than the "umm" of a searching mind rather than a strong vocal choice. As for the notes. Don't tell us what you're gonna do—just do it and do it well. Also, nothing saying that you don't have words to describe something is about the worst thing you can admit on a recorded medium. It means you either aren't an authority, aven't thought through your topic well enough to make a longer more engaging comment, or don't care to. Also, the outro music isn't scary at all. Some campy horror music could have really helped make this much more fun.

I would basically say all that with podcast #2. If this movie is a campy, bad horror classic, I wanna know why the bed is evil, what evil things it does, and how the movie ends (do they kill the bed. Entertain us with specifics that make us wanna laugh or scream along with you, don't just yammer on about it like a tired, bored hipster.

  3. Well, as far as the music goes, I downloaded the Halloween theme song, but I couldn't get my itunes to work in garageband, and had to use the prerecorded crap. As far as the rest of it goes, It was pretty awful, I know. I'm just better with writing than speaking.

And Rebecca, thanks, I guess. I can't stand how my voice sounds recorded. And I pretty much chose that movie just so I could use that picture. I love it.
